Your tasks:
Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including inductions for new staff
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
Undertaking regular salary reviews
Administration payroll and maintains department records and reports
Mainte***ce all internal personnel tasks

Your profile:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development
A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a Human Resources position
3 years as a leader is a plus
Good knowledge of Chinese employment law
Ability to read, write and speak in English (or German) fluently
Team Player and strong communication skills
