工作内容：
1.Telephone service
2. Reception (reception of visitors, offering drinks etc.)
3.Collection and handing out of courier, letters and mails
4.Assistance by preparation of meetings and seminars
5. Coordination with other departments and providing support if needed
6. Assistance by business travels of colleagues, such as tickets & Hotel booking
7. Keeping and management of stationery
8. catering and greening
9.Assistance to the HR & Administration department

任职要求：
1。可提供瑞士上市公司的实习证明，可转正
2。限***，英语能进行基本的口语交流（因需要经常接待外国人访客）
2。性格稳重踏实，工作细致，认真负责，能适应工作压力
