职位描述：
Job Description:
-Keep all parameters of treatment tanks in phoscoating line goes normally, Include parameter testing and adjusting,tanks changing and etc make sure all operation follow process
-Keep the waste water system and DI water system goes normally(Include waste water testing and adjusting, DI water regeneration, chemicals dosing and etc), support for waster water management
-Prepare Work instruction, forms. CP/FMEA flow chart, checklist etc with team
-Internal complaints handing including Failure cause analysis,8D report preparing, corrective actions taking etc, cooperate with production team to deal with daily production issue
-Scrap area management, include wasted products, wasted chemicals, wasted oil and etc)
-Training and coach team leader and operators
-Management of phosphating, including change bath, clean the tank and trouble shooting.
-Management of chemical warehouse and spare parts warehouse. Testing the parameters of tool cleaning bath weekly.
-Hard working. Have good interpersonal relation, communication skills and ability of organization and coordination.
-Assist to finish other tasks from superior

Requirement:
Major in chemistry related, have TS16949 knowledge
Have phoscoating working experience and good oral and written English
