职位描述：
主要工作内容 (Main Responsibilities)
1 主导新注塑模具和相关工装的开发，满足产品质量和外观要求；
Lead the development of new plastic injection mold and secondary tools to meet a wide range of product performance and cosmetic requirements;
2 管理模具供应商设计和制造世界级的塑料模具以及供应商生产的模具的设计，加工，工艺开发和模具验证；
Manage all Coroplast tooling suppliers to design and produce world-class plastic tooling. Manage tool design and manufacture, tool and process development and tool qualifications at the supplier;
3 同供应链，产品设计，工业设计及生产工程团队共同处理材料选择，产品设计可行性和外观以及模具的设计；
Collaborate with supplier management, product design, industrial design, and manufacturing engineering groups on material selection, design feasibility and aesthetics of new plastic part & tool designs;
4 担当公司内部塑料模具设计和制造专家的角色，增强对各种模具加工材料特性和模具零件制造技术的全面理解；
Serve as Coroplast’s internal plastic tooling and manufacturing expert by leveraging a thorough understanding of properties of various mold-making materials and tool component fabrication techniques;
5 通过新产品的生产，持续对原来的产品设计进行工艺改善措施的研究；
Institute continuous process improvement measures from initial product design through production ramp of new products;
6 精通DFM，SPC， DOE及6 Sigma的使用；
Proficient with the use of Design For Manufacturing, SPC, DOE and Six Sigma techniques;
7 领导促进塑料零件的生产，注塑和模具技术的优化和改善；
Take the leading role in driving the improvement of productivity and quality of plastic part manufacturing, molding and tooling techniques;
8 对工程师进行内部和外部培训使公司能使用新的模具材料和制造技术；
Train engineers internal and external plants for Coroplast to utilize new tooling materials and fabrication techniques;
9 通过对模具供应商培训和质量控制的考察去发展同他们的合作关系，并对他们在模具制造工艺的错误控制方面给出意见；
Develop collaborative relationships with tooling suppliers through training and quality control visits. Advise supplier plants on maintaining correct controls on the tool manufacture processes;
10 建立中国区的模具团队， 支持公司在全球的各个工厂在中国进行的模具开发；
Build China tooling team to develop all injection mold to support all Coroplast plant in the world;
11 指导生产工厂使用正确的方法进行模具保养；
Direct production plant use right way to do mold maintenance;
12 其他与模具相关的被指派的工作。
Other task assigned and related with tooling field.

基本需求(Basic Requirements)
1. 良好的英语读写能力，口语流利者优先和计算机技能,尤其是UG和Moldflow；
Good English in writing and reading, fluent oral English is preferred & computer skills，UG,Moldflow will be preferred;
2. 熟悉ISO 9000，ISO/TS16949；
Good knowledge in ISO9000, ISO/TS16949;
3. 熟悉APQP, PPAP, FMEA,SPC,MSA等；
Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA,SPC,MSA, etc;
4. 丰富的模具设计和制造经验；
Extensive experience in tooling design and manufacturing required;
5. 具备塑料材料和按产品特征和外观对模具设计分析的专业知识；
Knowledge of plastic materials and design for manufacturing in terms of geometry and cosmetic quality;
6. 具有注塑成型工艺改善的经验；
Experience in developing plastic processing parameters;
7. 熟练应用办公软件。
Office software applications skilled.

10年以上塑料模具工作经验，5年以上汽车行业模具管理经验
10+ years’ work experience in plastic injection mold field and 5 years tooling management experience
in the automotive industry priority.
本科以上，机械相关专业
