Job Description:
1. Performs the installation and operation of IT systems for the organization.
2. Implements and monitors IT policies. Checks and ensures topics related to IT security and ensures legal and regulatory compliance.
3. Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs / hardware following the Brose standards.
4. Manages operation, backup, storage and disaster recovery for regional IT systems.
5. Reviews reports of IT devices to identify malfunction and address problems.
6. Maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.
7. Runs IT projects in IT infrastructure area. Is able to coordinate internal resources and external supplier

4. Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
5. Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.

2. Printer, Desktop and Laptop maintenance skills
3. Knowledge about Windows server active directory services
4. Knowledge about Microsoft SQL
5. Technical understanding of telephone systems
6. Technical understanding of access control systems
7. Technical understanding of common hardware as PCs, laptops and servers
