职位描述
岗位职责
1、制定设备管理的各种规章制度，出具设备、设施巡检表，并推进其贯彻执行；
2、保障设备的正常运行，及设备管理、维护、维修、保养, 确保工程顺利完成；
3、定期组织工程机动设备管理检查、考核；
4、组织审定技措、检修方案，参与竣工验收；
5、负责部门员工的日常管理、考核，安全教育等知识的培训及技术管理和指导。；
6、组织突发事件的处理
任职资格
1、大学本科及以上学历，机械、暖通空调、工程、自动化等相关专业；
2、5年以上机电设备维护管理工作经验，有暖通空调设备维护管理经验者优先；
3、具有项目管理学、机械原理学、现代设备管理学等知识，熟悉机电设备管理流程，精通相关工程机械维修保养；
4、有出色的设备管理经验和人员管理经验，综合分析能力强，制度建设能力强，具有出色的组织协调及解决问题的能力和良好的团队合作精神；
5、能用英语沟通者优先；
6、拥有“电工进网作业许可证（高压）”者优先；
7、具有极强的责任心。
