Ensure OP operation the machine within the technical standards, SOP, quality standards and safety regulations.
2. Training the operators about operating machine, quality, Set-up, maintenance
3. Training and Support maintenance technician for problem solving
4. Responsible for writing relevant quality document related equipment
5. Support and coordinate equipment qualification
6. Support maintenance supervisor for Equipment history management
7. Support maintenance manager analysis machine problem
8. Support maintenance supervisor implement PM program and verify the PM performance
9. Support maintenance supervisor update spare parts list
10. Support maintenance supervisor monitor key machine MTBF & MTTR
11. Responsible for reduce machine downtime
12. Responsible for improve machine efficiency
13. Responsible for update the drawing for machine modification
14. Assist maintenance supervisor schedule machine downtime for PM
15. Support equipment installation
