职位描述：
Main Tasks & Responsibility
? Develop Marketing Plan with local management in line with central marketing strategy;
? Translate worldwide marketing strategies and campaigns into marketing plans and tactics with a focus on the Asia markets;
? Yearly marketing plan & budget;
? Coordinates and steers the country sales in the region functional wise;
? Communication strategy: Define local target audience with local sales functions, and integrate Digital, PR, Channel Marketing, Event and Internal Communication plans;
? Online media strategic planning for local;
? More detail even management: exhibition, seminar, roadshow, as well as the all the marketing activity result monitoring;
? Monitor social media channels and producing occasional content and responding when necessary;
? Coordination the marketing material design, purchasing, and distribution for local;
Experience & Knowledge
? General and good understanding and knowledge of the marketing mix and all channels => Marketing Generalist;
? Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in similar/relative industry;
? Cross functional between regional sales organization and central marketing
? Moderation and coordination;
? Strong analytical, financial and commercially astute skills;
? Data management;
Qualification
? Strong working knowledge of relevant software packages used in the marketing office environment
? Bachelor or Master Degree;
? Clear communication skills, both verbal & written. Must be able to interact at all levels of the business;
? A self-starter, able to make decisions and work with minimal supervision to deliver agreed results;
? Good teamwork skill;
