职位描述：
Main aim of job主要工作
- 在客户现场监控产品质量状态并及时向工厂做出反馈；
- 监控日常送货状态包括客户生产线的物流问题并及时向工厂做出反馈；
- 传达所有客户方关于博泽广州工厂的客户信息
- 与客户紧密联系以获知客户要求；
- 解决客户方的问题以保证客户的利益及博泽的绩效；
- 协助质量工程师完成其他工作；
- 遵守广州博泽5S和环境健康安全工作要求；
- 遵守广州博泽及博泽集团的质量方针。
Specific duties and responsibilities (max. 10)
具体职能
- 当博泽产品到达客户工厂时检查供应状态，需要时对客户生产线、库区、中转库的博泽产品进行跟踪；
- 博泽产品在客户现场进行装配时跟踪质量状态，快速反馈客户所有关于零公里问题的抱怨；
- 当在客户处当班（随客户班次）发现的质量缺陷当班（随客户班次）做出快速反应；
- 当在客户生产现场发现缺陷时应立即进行分析,初步确认问题是来自客户还是博泽工厂,制定快速行动计划, 并向博泽工厂报告以获得整改措施；
- 协助对博泽产品进行返修或更换，保证客户生产顺利进行；
- 当客户现场问题解决完毕后，及时向博泽质量工程师及主管汇报客户满意情况；
- 每周汇总所有在客户现场发现的博泽零件问题，邮件反馈给质量工程师和主管；
- 与客户保持紧密的联系以了解客户需求并满足客户需要；
- 熟悉博泽生产及装配流程，可以快速解决问题 ；
- 当在客户生产现场发现新的缺陷时通知博泽工厂更新检查清单；
- 提供问题解决的内部支持；
- 协助质量工程师完成其他工作 ；
- 按照广州博泽质量及环境健康安全体系要求开展负责区域内的工作；
- 由主管、经理或总经理指派的其它对广州博泽有利的任务。
