职位描述：
主要职责
Principal Accountabilities

1.维持已有的生产线，保证订单交期和产品质量。
Sustain existed production lines to deliver output on time in high-level quality.
2.精心设计生产计划，配合相关部门完成生产任务。
Elaborate the production plan cooperating with the related departments to finish the production task.
3.制作和更新操作指导书、以及其它受控文档。给操作工进行培训。。
Create and update work instructions, and other controlled documents following TS16949 re-quirements. Provide training to operators.
4.和质量、设备等人员一起解决生产过程中出现的各类质量问题
Analyze and solve quality issues in production lines together with Quality and maintenance departments.
5.持续改善，优化工艺，工装,平面布局以提高生产效率，提高产品质量，降低成本，
Lead the continuous improvement project to optimize process, machines, and layout to en-hance productivity and quality, also to reduce the production cost.
6.完成上级交给的其他任务
finish the other task which distributed by supervisor or manager

知识以及技能要求
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
1.理工类本科或以上毕业Bachelor degree or above in science and Engineering
2.具有相当的组织能力 With good organizing ability
3.熟悉生产工艺 Familiar with production process
4.较强的工作责任心Strong working responsibility
5.英语听说读写良好Good in verbal and written English
6.金属材料工程专业Major in metallic material 举报 分享
