Job responsibilities /工作职责:
1. Employment /人事管理
Reccruiting issues, include explore new recruiting channels, advertisement, CV evaluate, interview, offer preparing, act as the contactor with HR agencies and candidates, timely employment and termination formality services to incoming and outgoing;
招聘事务,包括拓展招聘渠道,办理招聘广告,简历初审,参与面试,编制雇佣要约,联系人事中介以及候选人,及时处理员工进出事务;
Contracting management, include prepare and filing labor contract, review and update according to legal requirement and company policy;
人事合同管理,包括编制、归档、审核以及根据最新的法律要求和公司政策更新合同内容;
Coordinate Training management, inlcude prepare training plan, contracting, schedule mornitoring, and certificate register, etc.;
协调培训工作,包括编制培训计划,签订培训合同,培训进度监督,以及证书注册和记录等;
Establish & maintain all files as necessary and ensure that all employee data are accurate, prepare relevant HR report, implement basic analysis on key HR indicators and provide improvement suggestions;
建立和完善必要的人事文件以确保所有员工数据的正确性,编制相关人事报告,实施人力资源状况分析并提供改进建议;
Constantly inform and explain to employees all the necessary retail HR policies and related information;
负责向员工通知和解释具体的人事政策及其他相关信息。
Pay attention to any new regulations whatever for labor or IIT, report to management with professional advice, push relevant policy and procedure of company adjusted accordingly;
关注最新的有关法律法规的变更,向管理层报告并提供专业意见,使公司相关的政策和程序可以随之调整以符合法律要求;
Keep good relationship with relevant authorities.
与相关政府部门保持良好的关系。
2. Salary & Social Insurance /工资及社保
Salary and IIT check, checking employees' work time record, update or set up payroll & worktime software database;
工资及个人所得税的审核,检查修正员工考勤纪录,建立并更新员工工资和考勤数据库;
Social insurance and house fund check, such as employment registration/termination, personal files and social security and house fund a/c transfer and necessary documentation;
社保及住房公积金的计算及申报的审核,包括用工注册、终止,处理相关人事文件,员工社保及公积金账户管理等;
3. administrative management / 行政管理
Arrange General Affair's work
协调安排总务工作;
Take charge of security guard, car,cleaning, virecence of the company.
管理公司相关保安,保洁,车辆管理,厂区绿化等工作
Monitoring the purchasing of the stationery.
监督文具等相关总务采购事宜
Qualifications Request /任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree with major in HR or related,5 years‘ experience above.
本科及以上学历,人力资源相关专业,五年以上工作经验;
2. Fulent English both in oral and written.
英语口语及书面英语熟练;
3. Familiar with the local regulations and the labor law
熟悉地方法律法规及劳动法相关内容
4. Good command of word, excel and ppt.
熟练使用Word,excel以及ppt.
