职位描述：
量产后产品编制生产计划：Preparation of mass production plan:
1． 根据车间产线的工时、负荷计划，编制车间生产排程计划，以协调各产线完成任务的能力，保证均衡生产。According to plant production line, working hours, load plan, then preparation of production scheduling to coordinate the production lines capacity to fulfill tasks,to ensure the balanced production.
2． 根据生产计划和车间的需求，及时编制物料需求计划。According to production plan and plant requirement, timely preparation of material requirements planning.
  跟踪生产进度：Track the production progress
1. 根据部门的产能与人员配置，编制各种产品的生产周期、在制品定额及生产批量等任务要求。According to the dept. capacity and personnel, to prepare a variety of products for production cycle and requirement,
2. 跟踪车间生产作业计划的进展情况，随时掌握生产进度状况。Tracking progress of production operation to the project, keep abreast of the progress status of the production.
3. 根据实际进度与产品需求计划的变更情况，经生产部经理认可后，对生产作业计划进行及时调整。Based on actual progress and planned changes in product demand conditions, after approval by the production manager for timely adjustment of production scheduling.
  安排订单生产计划：Arrange PO for production plan
1. 受理物流供应链部的订单任务，及时安排订单任务的生产，保证订单的交货期。Handling PO tasks from the logistics supply chain dept., then timely arrange PO for the production, to ensure delivery orders.
2. 及时安排和调度紧急订单任务的生产，协调人员、物料、设备等各方面，保证紧急订单任务的按时完成。Timely arrange and adjust tasks for emergency orders for the production, coordination of personnel, materials, equipment and other areas to ensure that the task of emergency orders completed on time.
  生产数据统计分析：Production data for statistical analysis
     1. 收集生产计划、生产进度、产量数据，并对相关数据进行统计分析。Collection of production planning, production schedule, production data, and related data for statistical analysis.
     2. 根据分析的结果，定期向生产部经理报告生产计划报告的执行结果，及时调整生产计划，提高生产计划的合理性和准确性。According to the results of the analysis, periodic reports to the Production Manager report on the implementation of the results of production planning, timely adjustment of production planning, production planning to improve the rationality and accuracy.
     3.负责收集产品及其用料数量数据，为物料消耗定额的分析与改进提供依据。Responsible for collecting the number of products and materials data for material consumption norms and provide the basis for the analysis and improvement
