职位描述
1.Checking all administrative and financial activities 2.Be responsible for elaboration and preparation of yearly and periodical financial report.3.Be responsible for Annual Fiscal Audit 4.Be responsible for all fiscal issues and deadlines 5.Be responsible to manage all activities related to treasury function ,in particular with reference to terms conditions negotiation with banks,relationship with contacts,management of bank accounting 6.Be respinsible to prepare all Financial Reports thru CFO and HQ 7.Be responsible to optimize all financial processes and procedures
8.Interaction with Company's functions in order to verify and to check their activities impact from financial point of view,with particular attention to cost control.9 Support General Manager during negotiation phase related to rewarding system and punishment system where and when requested.10.Be responsible of management and to develop HR 11.Be responsible-with the support of Dept.Managers-for proposal,projecting and verification with General Manager regarding HR development projects 12.Be responsible for HR training needs with support of Dept.Managers;training needs analysis,projecting and planning career path,both for each single professional JD and for family professional JD 13.Be responsible to monitorate and to evaluate(this last activity with support of Dept.Manager)about training effectivenes 14.Be responsible to coordinate recruiting activities with reference
both to searching and selecting phases 15.Be responsible to manage relationship with labor bureau and all public offices linked to HR management 16.Be responsible to co-ordinate all exteranl suppliers--i.e labour consultant;recruitment company;training companies,this last with the support of Dept.Managers 17.Be responsible to guarantee respect of ISO TS requirements with reference to HR processes 18.All the other activities requested from GM
