工作内容： 1.负责钣金工件的喷涂作业，按时保质的完成钣金工件喷涂所有工艺流程 2.负责维护喷涂设备，保证喷涂设备正常运行 3.负责责任区域的5S工作 4.熟悉涂层不良问题的判断、分析和处理方法，解决生产过程中遇到的实际问题，根据客户需求，对喷涂工艺，材料，质量等问题不断改善提供支持。 5.完成生产主管交待的其他工作

能力要求：1.年龄40岁以下，3年以上涂装车间工作经验，熟悉钣金前处理和钣金喷涂烘烤工艺，对涂装相关知识（涂装设备及涂料）有一定的了解； 2.良好的安全、质量意识；品行端正，具备良好的职业道德；良好的学习能力、吃苦耐劳； 3.中专或高中及以上学历，家住太仓本地者优先
