职位描述：
Principal Working Responsibility

1. Daily purchasing project management for Taicang plant and IPO.
？ The connection & coordinator between RD and supplier, make sure supplier review and understand drawing to promote design for manufacturability.
？ RFQ with cost analysis by TCO. Supplier selection and sample order management. Support project team cost efficiency as well as sample delivery.
？ Price and sample stock maintenance in system management. Follow sample ECN process during design phase.
？ Daily project communication with AKG oversea plant to promote IPO project and procurement
support towards the functional objective.

2. Price negotiation and purchasing cost management.
？ Learn steel and Alu market price index well and daily maintain management with basic analysis.
？ Price negotiate with supplier, understand TCO and know well supplier market price cost structure level. Ensure purchasing price valuable in supply market.
？ Plan to further improve the price efficiency.

3. Sourcing management.
？ Continuously sourcing and develop competitive supplier base in advantage of quality/ cost and
technology.
？ Supplier base basic information database maintenance.

4. Supplier management.
？ Evaluate and manage supplier performance to reduce supply risk.
？ Assist SQE team for quality issue solution from purchasing function.
？ Supplier development plan advice and work with relevant team to follow up till completed.
？ Annual Supplier KPI objective achievement.

Position Qualification
1、Above 3 years college degree in mechanical & electrical engineering or equivalent related
2、Minimum of 3 years working experience in purchasing, non-standard mechanical industry or design center purchasing experience preferred.
3、Can read drawing, knowledge of metal cost management and TCO. Strong business negotiation skills as well as strong analytical capability for daily problem solution. Good purchasing project management knowledge. Tech-detail oriented. High frequency business trip required. (30-40%)
