Key Areas of Responsibility

Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end closing activities.
Manage fix asset book and post journals
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Prepare and analyse financial/management reports of various business initiatives and performance
File accounting documents as required by local tax and legal legislations
Liaise with internal and external auditors on financial reporting matters
Liaise with tax agent on tax compliance
Ensure compliance with both PRC accounting policy and US GAAP
Complete other tasks assigned by CFO

中化太仓化工产业园位于江苏省太仓市港口开发区。园区东濒长江，南临上海市，西连苏州、无锡，距上海市区、虹桥国际机场40公里，距苏州新加坡工业园区50公里，紧邻沿江高速、苏嘉杭高速及上海外环高速公路，地理位置十分优越。

中化太仓化工产业园占地面积683亩，拥有1.5公里的长江岸线，紧邻万吨级石化专用码头，园区内水、电、汽等公用工程设施完备，建有完善配套的原料罐区和产品分装发运设施，仓储、运输条件极其便利。

园区内现有三家实业公司和一家研发机构，主要从事PTMEG（聚四亚甲基醚二醇）、ODS（消耗臭氧层物质）系列替代物的生产及研发。园区自2003年5月破土建设以来，现已建成国内首套拥有自主知识产权的2万吨/年PTMEG装置和180吨/年杂多酸催化剂装置，产品PTMEG主要应用于氨纶、聚氨酯弹性体和酯醚共聚弹性体的生产。2006年底，2万吨/年HFC-134a（1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷，一种新型环保制冷剂）装置建成投产。目前，园区已成为国内最大、全球重要的HFC-134a生产基地。

园区内研发机构——中化国际（苏州）新材料研发有限公司，专门从事PTMEG、ABS树脂、ODS系列替代物、含氟精细化学品的研发，建有PTMEG小试实验室、中试试验装置，ABS小试、中试及改性实验室，ODS替代品实验室和含氟精细化学品实验室等，试验设施完备，分析检测设备齐全，未来将建设成为产学研相结合的技术产业化平台，为园区的可持续发展提供支撑。

展望未来，随着园区内项目的陆续建成投产，中化太仓化工产业园将发展成为以ODS替代物为主、PTMEG和含氟精细化学品为辅，以自主创新为依托的化工产业园。
