- For our Industry Sector in Taicang,we are looking for a Project Engineer

What are my responsibilities?
- To be Responsible for project management of metallurgy equipment reconditions or metallurgy spare equipment manufacturing. To create the project budget and production plan, to create the suitable object of quality management and controlling requirement. To carefully manage the change during project execution, to ensure the object of financial, delivery and quality object reached.
- According to the manufacturing process, technical research plan, the arrangement from higher authorities and the development requirement of production, to participate in or initiate the development research of manufacture, completing the relevant test and organizing implementation.
- Completing and improving the drawings, manufacturing process precept, procedure specification, standards of manufacturing process controlling and the work instructions.
- According to the requirement of production process, betimes to deliver manufacturing process documents to the relevant departments and personnel, and to supervise the workshop production site to instruct technical guidance on the production process, and betimes to solve technical problems which arised in production progress, to supervise the implementation of production process technology standards and correct the procedures.
- Tracking and collecting the advanced production technology information from domestic or foreign industry, for application and improvement of production technology and to make reasonable suggestions.
- Coordinating the relevant department and personal to finish the procurement, installation, commissioning and operation of high precision machining equipment, and is responsible for equipment acceptance.
- Improving and managing the production equipment, designing and managing the tooling and fixture, controlling and improving of quality of manufacturing process and procedure.
- Involved in the processing of various types of manufacture technical accidents and to provide the ideas and solution of technical improvement.
- To be responsible for training for operators on technical specifications, improving staff skills.
- To participate in or initiate the improvements of internal process management system and process.
- To be responsible for the organizing and keeping the program of production technology for enterprise data, manufacture process/procedure data, and keep security of above information.
- To complete the temporary assignments and other tasks which are from higher authorities.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- To be with college degree or above, machinery manufacturing, machining, mechatronics and other related professionals.
- To be with more than 5 years enterprise of machining process in large or medium sized enterprises, familiar with the lathe and grinding machine, to be with the ability of establish the machining process of precision components and design fixture, and be better with practical ability.
- To be accomplished in using of AutoCAD software and other industries ones, skills on Word, Excel and other common office software, to be with production management knowledge and skills, familiar with modern processing technology and equipment.
- To be familiar with a variety of machining processes and product manufacturing processes, all kinds of high precision machining equipment performance, understanding of advanced manufacturing technology and process, to be with the capabilities of carrying out independent research and development.

- To be with powerful ability for problem analysis and solving.
- To be with highly responsible and team spirit.
- To be with good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
