Mission of function
- Order management from order entry to delivery
- Coordinate with other department and external customer & supplier to ensure delivery
- Coordinate with inspection and customer for quality
Contacts (internal / external)
- Internal - purchasing, inspection, logistic, commercial
- External - customer & supplier
Task
- Order entry with CA & PR with purchasing
- Budget setting
- Coordinate with supplier for porgress controling
- Coordinate with inspector for incoming goods checking & inspection on site
- Communicate with customer for concession
- Communicate with customer for ECN and relay the ECN info to related parties
- Coordinate with workshop for internal assembly
- Coordinate with logistic & customer for shipping issues
- Customer complain
Knowledge
- Mechanical educational background
- Familiar with existing order management procedures
- Good communication skills with customer and supplier
Experience
- 3 years project management experience,
