1,Register at the gate or call directly the contact person;
2,Safety education if necessary;
3,Short meeting with the customer (pick up some information's about the condition or problems of the machine);
4,Machine check on site;
5,Switch machine into service mode (in case of production);
6,Visual check (primary cleaning if necessary) o Condition of mechanical and electrical components (steel structure, guide rails & bearings, gear racks & wheels, motors, gearboxes, cables, tubes, sensors...) o Leakage tightness test (tubes, hoses, cylinders, valves, paint cabinet...);
7,Movement check (done manually at the control panel) o In case of any problem, check adjustments (pressure, speed, sensors, end stops) o Clean and lubricate;
8,Check paint cabinet if necessary (leakages, operation, adjustments...) ;
9,Check electrical cabinet (cabling, components...) Take a note / picture (video) of every problem, fix it if possible;
10,Movement / performance test after replacing / adjusting something;
11,Marking test (detailed component and adjustment check if there are problems) o Take pictures / video;
12,Clean working area after finishing the service. Prepare a detailed report (done activities, pictures, remaining problems, replaced parts...);
13,Prepare time sheet;
14,Meeting with the customer (hand over the report , description what was done or is left to do, get customers signature on the report & the time sheet...) ;
15,Take note of new contact persons (name, job, phone number, email...) o Mechanicals, electrician, software specialists... ;
16,Hand over the report and pictures and additional information's... to your supervisor (company internal); 17,Service debriefing (company internal) ;
