职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
1. Work as part of the R&D team on developing new mechanical device products
2. Under general direction, responsible for designing new products or parts of new products and manufacturing and assembling processes and improving and maintaining existing products
3. Design and develop solutions, according to project targets and requirements
4. Clarify Scope and define basic information needed to start design work (technical specification, system layout, customer standards etc.)
5. Involved in conceptual development and detailed design of a new product
6. Responsible for prototype assembly and testing, design test jigs for prototype and component test if any
7. Provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced engineers.
8. Support corporate initiatives for continuous improvement of existing design
9. To perform other duties as required

Qualifications
1. BS degree or higher in instrumentation, machinery or electrical, or mechanotronics and related specialties
2. At least 5 years work experience in R&D with new product development experience
3. Strong technical background on material testing field
4. Experience with R&D processes
5. Familiar with tooling design and customized automation machine design, can make solution for design independently
6. Attention to detail/self-directed and able to work under minimal supervision
7. Knowledge of 3D mechanical software, preferably Solidworks.
8. Be able to use Microsoft Office, ERP, Outlook
9. Very good English Language in speaking and writing
