职位描述：
1. 分析客户市场需求，开发潜在客户,及时提供市场反馈。
Collect market information and analyze market demand, develop the potential customer accordingly. Keep and ensure company a correct developing direction in the market.
2. 协助部门总监拓展公司现有客户的销售量，包括现有模具销售。
Assistant Dept. Head to expand sales volume of existing customer, including tooling sales.
3.拓展并推进主要的客户管理计划及活动。
Expending management plan and activity of Key accounts.
4.满足客户询价需求， 最终达成销售合同的签订。
Satisfied with customer's demand of inquiring the price, Reach the signing of the sales contract finally.
5.开发海外客户。Develop the overseas customer.
6.与客户有效的沟通交流，保持良好关系。
Keep effective communication with customers, and maintain the good relationship with them.
7.完成其他相关市场拓展业务。
Finish other relevant events of marketing and business development.
8.完成上级安排的其他事项
Do the work according dept. manager’s demand . .
 
职能描述Personnel Description:
1.教育背景：Education background:
营销管理或相关专业大学本科以上学历。
Bachelors degree, preferable of majoring in marketing or sales management.

2.培训经历Training Experience
受过战略管理、市场营销、合同法、谈判技巧等方面的培训。
Preferable of having strategic management, marketing, contract law, negotiate skill, etc. training experience.
3.经验Working experience
4年以上相关工作经验。
More than 4 years relevant working experience
4.技能技巧Qualification
  4.1 具有卓越的营销才能，极强的市场策划与运作能力，且业绩杰出。
Remarkable achievement of marketing and sales, extremely strong market planning and operating ability needed.
  4.2 具有出色的市场拓展、项目协调及组织管理能力。
Outstanding marketing and business development, projects coordinate and organize managerial ability.
  4.3 熟练的英语听说读些能力。
Fluently English in listening, speaking and writing.
6.态度Attitude
  1.工作努力，积极进取，责任心强;高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神;较强的观察力和应变能力;出色的人际沟通能力.
