职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities 基本职责

1. Prepare all kinds of subsidiary ledger and general ledger, responsible for month end closing according to the accounting law;
按照会计核算制度编制和登记各类明细帐、总帐，负责月末结帐；
2. Complete the preparation of financial statements timely and accurately, reporting to the Finance Manager;
及时、准确、完整地编制会计报表，上报财务经理审核；
3. Responsible for revenue, cost and expenses accounting treatment, prepare the monthly AR /AP Aging Report, check inter-company’s AR/AP;
负责公司收入、成本、费用的核算与归集，按月编制应收应付账款账龄分析表，负责集团公司内部往来账务的核对及处理；
4. Periodically conduct the stock and fixed assets count and prepare the count result;
定期进行存货、固定资产盘点并编制盘点表；
5. Prepare the monthly tax declaration and the annual company income tax, keep a good communication with the local tax authority;
按月申报纳税，完成企业所得税年度汇算清缴工作，与税务部门保持良好的沟通；
6. Regularly print and bind accounting files;
定期打印装订会计档案；
7. Complete the other tasks assigned by Finance Manager.
完成领导安排的其他相关工作。

Requirements任职要求

1. Familiar with manufacturing accounting rules, 3-5 years relevant working experience, who has a full accounting treatment experience is preferred;
熟悉制造业帐务处理规则，相关工作经验3-5年，有完整的账务处理经验者优先；
2. Proficient in the use of financial software Kingdee, word documents, Excel electronic form;
能熟练使用金蝶财务软件、word文档、excel电子表格的使用；
3. Familiar with the national tax policy and skilled use of Taicang tax declaration;
熟悉国家税务政策并熟练使用太仓税务纳税申报客户端；
4. According to the accounting law, can correctly use accounting codes to conduct independent financial accounting and financial supervision;
能按企业会计制度规定正确使用会计科目进行独立财务核算和财务监督；
5. College degree or above in accounting or financial management;
会计、财务管理大专以上学历；
6. With accounting qualification certificate, accountant qualification is preferred.
具有会计从业资格证，有会计师职称者优先；
7. Good team work spirit and strong communication skills;
有团队合作精神和较强沟通能力；
8. English written and oral communication skills.
