Responsibilities

· In charge of GR, GI, customs & CIQ related business

· Set up cycle count program for warehouse so as to control physical stock and inventory records are in accurate manner.

· Supervise and train warehouse subordinates to perform their daily duties.

· Support continue improvement plan on logistic.

· Creates a compelling vision of the SOP process that is embraced by all levels of the organization to understand and manage conflicting objectives at managerial levels

· Ensure internal interface communication smoothly and cooperation among departments.

· Monitoring cost and service levels to ensure expectations are met

. Other task as assigned by logistics manager

Experience & Qualification

· 5+ years experience in warehouse management & customs business

· Strong interpersonal & Communication skills;

· Customer focused, quick response and creative thinking

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Proficient in office software

. Familiar with SAP MM module

. College graduate in related field
