招生就业经理（北京） – 深圳高等金融研究院（筹）Admissions and Career Services Manager, Beijing - SFI (Ref.2016/177/01)

香港中文大学（深圳）深圳高等金融研究院是在深圳市政府支持下刚刚组建成立的高端金融教育研究机构，院址位于深圳福田。此岗位工作地点：北京。

深圳高等金融研究院（筹）现诚聘以下职位：

职位概述
招生就业经理1名。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，有高校招生或就业服务三年以上工作经验；
2. 有较强的责任心和工作热情，有出色的语言表达及沟通技巧，富有团队精神，能够承受较大的工作压力；
3. 精通办公软件，有较好的办公室行政协调经验；
4. 具有与学校或企业合作项目开发经历，掌握高校、企业资源者优先；
5. 善于处理较复杂的人际关系，能够承受高强度的工作压力。

岗位职责：
1. 能够积极有效的完成招生就业要求；
2. 充分了解当前就业形势，通过多种渠道开拓企业客户，帮助学生提高就业质量；
3. 负责学生提供高质量的就业信息，并进行资源再整合；
4. 与企业建立良好的关系，紧密的合作，具体制定合作意向书、签订人才合作项目；
5. 制定合理的招生方案，配合学院在当地的各类招生活动，有效的完成招生规划；
6. 负责联络组织当地校友各类活动，提高校友的归属感；
7. 配合其他部门完成相应工作。

It is an endeavour that will have a profound impact on the training of top talents and on the educational reform in China, and to contribute to the long-term prosperity of Shenzhen, Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta (PRD) region.
CUHK(SZ) was set up with staunch support from the Shenzhen Municipal Government, and with the participation of Shenzhen University as collaborative partner, as required by the State Regulations for Sino-foreign Co-operation in Running Schools.
CUHK Degrees will be conferred on CUHK(SZ) students who have fulfilled the requirements of the respective academic programmes. In addition, Graduation Certificates will also be awarded to students who have completed their studies and met the graduation requirements stipulated by the State Ministry of Education.
