职位描述：
Our Shenzhen studio, based in Shekou, focuses on design and construction of urban design, architecture, landscape and interior architecture projects in China.
The Studio is seeking a Design and Project Manager to work directly under the Design Director to co-ordinate design and implement all project delivery.
The position would ideally suit an Architect or other professional who wants to shoulder increased responsibility and widen their management experience. A young, aspiring candidate with desire and skills to simultaneously work across a range of projects relating to the different design professions is preferred.
Responsibilites:
Liaise with the Design Director in understanding the design direction and company ethos;
Develop planning and design concepts;
Undertake day to day management and co-ordination of design projects ranging from wide scale planning to detailed interior architecture.
Supervise and direct junior design staff in the output of their work;
Ensure works on site are adequately managed and completed.
Requirements:
1. Excellent proficiency with English;
2. Solid professional IT skills;
3. 2-3 years post qualification experience;
4. Enthusiastic and outgoing disposition.
5. Time management and organizational skills.
