1)协助英国销售总监制定完成销售目标2)通过为客户提供详尽的咨询,帮助客户选择做适合的教育服务,并将咨询转化成签单客户
3)在申请的过程中为客户提供指导帮助,并按流程将客户的信息准确的记录到CRM和豫东系统中
4)及时与销售总监汇报沟通,寻求并发展与大陆地区的专业教育机构中介合作
5)协助安排销售总监以及贝尔教育其他销售同事的到访行程
6)发掘贝尔教育相关产品的潜在招募市场
7)为销售总监及其他内部销售人员安排研讨会和演讲宣传活动
8)能够独立代表公司参加相关的展会
9)负责定期向销售总监火爆工作进度及相关投资的收益情况
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the Head of Pathways Sales to meet sales targets within budget
- Convert sales enquiries into applications by providing a thorough consultation service that identifies the most appropriate Bell products and services for the customer.
- Guide the customer through the application process and follow the procedures in place to ensure customer data is captured accurately in our CRM and booking systems.
- In consultation with the Head of Pathways Sales, scope, recruit, service, develop, train and update a professional Education Agent (ETO) network within mainland China.
- To facilitate and co-ordinate recruitment visits for the Head of Pathways Sales and other members of the Bell Sales team when relevant.
- To investigate the potential for growth in recruitment to cross product Bell programmes in specific areas in mainland China
- To set up targeted seminars and presentations for the Head of Pathways Sales (standalone and in partnership with ETO’s) and other members of the Bell Sales team when relevant.
- To attend agreed events and exhibitions directly targeted at recruiting students onto Bell Pathways programmes
- Responsible for regular reporting to the Head of Pathways Sales on activities undertaken and return on any investment in those activities.
