职位描述：
Requirement:
Product management skills and experiences;
Experience in automotive industry preferable;
Good knowledge of APQP / TS 16949 system and the documents DFMEA ,PFMEA , MSA and PPAP etc;
Be self-directed and self-motivated , requiring little assistance to create solutions and implement them;
Good analytic skill and presentation skill;
Fluent in spoken English & Mandarin.

JOB Description:
Definition and realization of protect timing plan for motors in accordance with customer , supplier and internal department;
Product application development and implementation in new project;
Follow the customer new needs / requirement from the product side;
New concept & design development and implementation;
Manufacturing support ; keep a close contact with Manufacturing / Process Engineering in motor plant and related product development activities;
Be responsible for internal approval together with QA and Process Engineering;
Continuous product improvement to achieve competitive cost and quality advantage;
Make internal product standardize if necessary;
Monitor / arrange sample building & define testing plan with Lab;
Bridging with product support and customer’s requirement.

Priority but not limited to conditions:male,aged 30-40,have the motor work experience;
With the experience to lead the plant improvement activities.
