职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Responsible for on time production and delivery of purchasing orders. Maintain stable production schedule at 1st tier and 2nd tire suppliers.
2.Liaise with other business partners in production planning and daily operations.
3.Oversee production capacity and improvement at vendors. Capacity analysis, labor, machine, warehousing, tooling, man-hour, bottleneck.
4.Understand change and impact on production and planning; prevention thinker and resolution provider avoid disconnection of supply chain, seek for resolution/alternative for required production adjustment.
5.Provide different reports and summaries to support and monitor the planning process. Work closely with Inventory Planner, QC team and Logistics Team in Far East and Supply Chain Team in headquarter as well as 3PL service providers.
6.Manage USA shipment arrangement, work closely with Distribution Team in headquarter and carriers

Requirements:
1.Degree graduated from Supply Chain or other business related course.
2.With at least 2-3 years related experience from production planning area. Previous experience from toys

industry is definite advantage. Strong background from production plans, material control & MRP planning.
3.Proficiency in written English and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
4.Good analytical skills are essential. Fully conversant with MS Office applications. Advance Level Excel for reports and summary.
