I. Basic Responsibilities基本职责
1. Provide basic technical support and training to distributors and system integrators.
为经销商和系统集成商提供基本的技术支持和培训
2. Provide trouble shooting solutions regarding programming and application support to distributors and customers.
为经销商和客户提供有关编程和应用程序支持的问题解决方案
3. Ensure distributor technical capabilities and knowledge.
确保经销商的技术能力和知识
4. Support sales and distributors in customer visits.
支持销售和经销商访问最终用户
5. Support the continuous improvement of technical training material and processes.
为持续改善技术培训资料和流程提供支持
6. Provide onsite support as needed for technical and programming issues.
如有任何技术和编程问题，需要提供现场支持。
7. Travel up to 80% of the time.
80%的时间需要出差
8. Various technical tasks as assigned by the Technical Support Manager.

II. Qualifications任职资格
a. Education & Knowledge教育背景和专业资格
1. College degree or above. Major in Electrical Machines, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or the equivalent.
本科学历及以上。电机、电气工程、自动化工程、机械工程或相关专业
2. Accomplished in MS Office application (Excel, PPT, etc.)
擅长微软办公软件
3. English reading and writing required, spoken skills preferred
要求英语读写能力，有良好的口语能力更佳

b. Experience工作经验
1. 3-5 years’ experience as Technical Robot application / service engineer.
3年至5年担任机器人应用技术工程师或维护工程师的工作经验
2. Experience in multicompanies preferred
有跨国公司经验者优先
3. Application experience in multiple industries including electronics preferred.
有多行业包括电子行业的应用经验者优先
4. Project management dealing with multiple parties a must.
项目管理能力：具有与多方协调沟通的能力
5. Working as part of a team.
团队协作
