职位描述：
任职资格：
1、 大专以上学历，工业设计类相关专业；
2、 五年以上工作经验，有大型玩具/知名电子类行业经验者优先；
3、 能看懂设计师手绘图，
4、 熟练使用freeform设计软件；
5、 有较强的学习能力，能及时了解市场需求，适应行业变化；
6、 头脑灵活，开阔创新的思维；工作严谨细致,有团队合作意识，配合力强；
职位描述：
1、 与国际设计队伍一起合作，用专业的知识将我们的设计理念成功实现出来，能够准确把握、体现设计意图和风格要求，并实际转化成为产品。
2、 善于与其它部门进行良好沟通。
3、 具有优秀的设计管理，培训能力，善于分享学习团队同事的经验。
4、 需要有良好的创造力及造型天份
5、 设计理念活跃，灵感丰富，对产品的审美观符合大众性、行业性、国际性及时代感的要求，能敏锐洞察吸收新的流行元素，对造型，色彩有充分感知和把握能力
