We’re a Germany based company, supplying our goods to the biggest European food discounter. Most of our supplier are located in Guangdong

and Zhejiang Province, producing our project-based orders.

To support our German HQ and Shenzhen Team, we’re searching for a

Merchandiser

Product ranges:

·        Household and Home appliances

Your duties:

·        Visit current suppliers/potential suppliers/factory plants & travel around in

China, currently mostly in Guangdong & Zhejiang Province

·        Evaluate potential suppliers/factories according to our requirements  

·        Maintain and develop strategic business relationships to our supplier/Owner/ decision maker

·        Follow up related project milestones by working and communicating closely

with our German HQ/Shenzhen Team and our supplier

·        Technical assistance and follow up of Product changes/adjustments/

developments before and during production in close co-work with our HQ

Technology Center and QC Team.

·        Take care Certificates and reports been provided in time according to the   

requested time lines

·        Source new supplier and products during biz trips and at related fairs e.g.

in Hong Kong and Guangzhou

Your skills:

·        Excellent command of written and spoken English

·        Several years experiences in the work field of this job offer is an advantage

·        Strong personality and negotiation skills

·        Mature, reliable, self-initiative, attentive to details and able to work independent

?   Deep knowledge of European standards/Norms/regulations/requirements

and Designs according to the related product ranges mentioned above is an

advantage

·        Very good technical (electrical & mechanical) knowledge and understanding about Household and Home appliances products, development skills been appreciated

·        Knowledge of Production and Quality Management processes is an advantage

·        Knowledge about Molding/tooling and manufacturing processes is an advantage

·        Project Management experience is an advantage

·        Perfect and professional handling of MS Office programs (e.g. Excel)

·        Willing to travel to visit our supplier and their production plants according to the required job duties
