PURPOSE:
Provide administrative and operational support to all product registration related work in order to enable stores opening and on-going needs in China. Execute effectively and continuously evolve processes relating to product registration to align with the emerging business needs. Also provide support in organizing different projects and the setup of WOFE.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle all Product Regulatory required admin work, including preparation, submission to service providers and government bodies

2. Be the local contact person for all day-to-day Product Regulatory matters and work closely with the HK and US Product Regulatory Team and others at the WOFE. This will include communications with registration agents, logistics partners, CFDA and CIQ agents and any other parties that may arise on need basis.
作为所有有关规章的事情的联络人及与外商投资企业的领导及机构内的其他人保持紧密的合作。
3. Be the ‘gate keeper’ for all document submissions to CIQ, including consolidation of documents from various cross functional teams. This may include validation and verifications of information translated into Chinese.

4. Stay focus to enable meeting deadlines in support to the whole operations

REQUIREMENTS:
? University degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related disciplines.
大专及以上学历，或商贸相关专业
? 3-5 years or more years of relevant work experience. Prior experience in consulting industry, apparel industry background.
3-5年或以上相關工作經驗，或在咨询/顾问或服装业工作的经验
? Possess acute business acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
具备良好的商业触觉，较强的分析、解决问题能力
? Must be able to provide and justify recommendations in a well-presented manner.
能有效地对不同事提供意见及解决办法
? Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
较强的责任心和敬业精神，能独立应付不同的工作
? Able to prioritize and can meet given deadlines.
