职位描述：
Job requirements
1) Min. 2-3 years’full time job experience in sourcing & buyer of consumer electronics products for the European, Middle East and African markets.
2) Candidate who is familiar with tablet pc, feature phones, smart phones will has the priority.
3) Familiar with international trade work procedure including basic logistic knowledge
4) Fluent English (including strong speaking, listening, writing and good comprehension ability)
5) Excellent and professional handling of MS Office programs
6) Very good communications and negotiation skills, trouble-solving ability.
7) Good Team player with strong work responsibility.
8) Valid passport and HK VISA is a priority.
 
Work scope and responsibilities
1. Responsible for sourcing new vendors and new products as per client's request and trend guide.
2. Negotiate the payment term and purchase order details with vendors, place the purchase order, push vendors to execute the orders with the working procedure under agreement;
3. Take care of the factory audit, evaluate suppliers and samples; responsible for order's execution and make sure on time delivery with qualified merchandise;
4. Follow up with vendors if any quality issue, push vendors to follow the correct packing way (if there was special request); watch vendor's production schedule time to time; supervise loading; preparing international trading documents and manage the contracts.
5. Report work to boss efficiently
 
Work-time:
9am to 12:30am, 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday (7.5 hr per day)
