职位描述：

1.Issue out VAT and general invoice due to situation
根据销售发货开具增值税或普通发票。

2.verify input and assist account to collect information from E-tax

完成进项发票的认证工作。

3.Follow up and support Accountant about the status of input and out put VAT and make necessary record of the VAT usage status ..

核对发票各项明细、收寄发票、留底，负责发票信息的收集和整理，登记管理发票使用情况。

4 Keep the reimaging invoice safty and purchase when need .

根据发票使用情况进行及时的发票的申请、购买并有效保管好空白发票；

5 Weekly cash position and cash flow report preparation and consolidation.

管理和登记公司现金日记账。

6 Related information update in bank and SAFE and verify the international transfer fund.

整理收集外汇收付款单证，外汇收付核销

7 .Good communication with accounting colleagues / bank / Internal & External auditor.

定期了解外汇政策，保持与银行相关人员的沟通。

8. Checking petty cash in regular stocktaking process.

定期盘点现金，完成现金盘点表。

9. First check of reimbursement application.

按财务制度审核、初审日常费用报销；

10 Prepare and clear up some of accounting documents.

整理、装订会计档案

11.Other assignments from direct superior

Requirement

职位要求：

1. Students in grade three/four of university and major in Accounting or Finance. She/ he can be available 3-4 days/ per week;

会计或财务专业，大三或大四学生，每周来三到四天；
2. Good PC skills (MS-word, excel), English is plus;

熟悉Excel、Word等办公软件；有一定的英语读写能力尤佳；
3. Open mind. Positive and ‘can do’ attitude, has initiative sense to study treasury

professional knowledge and regulation.

性格活泼开朗,有良好的协作能力、学习能力，具有高度的责任心
4 Hard working with a sense of urgency.
工作认真，态度端正 具有团队精神能承担一定工作压力。
