The Responsibilities
Conduct Code of Conduct (CoC) Audits in China and Southeast Asia.
Factory Audits.
Management interviews, records review, health and safety walkthrough, worker interviews on-site and off-site.
Write and submit audit reports in timely manner.
Develop reasonable Corrective Actions Plan (CAP) with suppliers after CoC Audit by providing necessary support and guidance.
Monitor CAP implementation by suppliers
Prepare analytical report on Ethical Sourcing performance
Assist or conduct internal and external CoC trainings, and Conduct ad hoc visits & projects.
Maintain up to date information on relevant law developments, trends, industry initiatives.
Communicate key aspects of above with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders.

The Requirement
University Degree holder, in Social Science or Accounting preferred.

At least 3 - 5 years CoC auditing experience for factories producing diversified merchandises in China, auditing experience in Southeast Asia is an absolute advantage.

High degree of work ethics and integrity.

Experience of working in foreign company.

Strong knowledge of local labor, health and safety and environmental law in China and Southeast Asia as well as European CSR standards.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical and organized.

Independent and responsible as well as ability to work in a team.

Problem-solver, able to meet tight deadline and work under high pressure.

Frequent travel within China and Southeast Asia.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Good knowledge of MS office and PLM systems. 举报 分享
