Position: ipQC supervisor
职位：QA主管

Experience:
经验：

· Working with measurement tools (caliper, CMM, projector, paint tester etc.)
      -- 会使用测量工具（卡尺，三坐标测量机，投影仪，油漆测试仪等）

· Creating QC reports
       --撰写QC报告

· Inspecting production line and problem spotting
       --检查生产线及发现问题

· Production line oversight is a plus
       --有生产线监督经验优先

Knowledge:
技能：

· Production processes such as die-casting / stamping / CNC / polish / paint and other finishing processes etc.
       --懂生产，如压铸/冲压/数控/抛光/喷漆等工艺。
·
           Office software (excel, word) – creating and filling clean and clear QC reports and production rejects.
        --会使用办公软件(例如excel, word)撰写清晰明了的QC报告及出具不合格品报告
          
           Production file documents is a plus
        --懂生产文件控制优先


岗位职责：
1.对生产过程中质量的控制与管理；
Quality control and management In the process of production；
2.利用检测仪器对产品及样品做质量检测并出具报告；
Using testing tools to do inspection and reports of sample or mass products；
3.负责与供应商之间的品质以及生产协调；
Responsible for coordination quality and production with suppliers；
4,负责与同事之间的技术品质沟通；
Responsible for communication with colleagues about Quality and processing .

任职要求：
1.有良好的品质意识，懂铸造，挤压，冲压，机加工等各种工艺；
Have good quality consciousness; understand casting, extrusion, stamping, machining, etc of Hardware Product；
2, 熟练使用各种量具，如卡尺，牙规等；
Skillfully use all kinds of measuring tools, such as caliper, tooth gauge, etc；
3.识图能力强（机械零件加工方面的图纸）；
Ability to read mechanical parts processing drawings（2D&3D）；
4.技术性供应商审核；
Technical Process & Stystem Audit of suppliers；
5.4年以上工作经验；
Above four years QA experience ；
6, 学习能力强；
Strong learning ability；
7.有良好的组织和分析能力；
Good organization skills；
8, 英语读写能力强，具有一定的文字表达能力。
Strong ability in English and writing

工资-5K-7K根据经验和技能。
Salary – 5K-7K depending on experience and skills.
