职位描述
1. 为亚洲合作伙伴公司提供主要业务系统-Alba的第一线维护.
2. 接收和跟进系统维护要求. 与用户联系反馈处理进度并收集反馈信息.
3. 进行数据/程序分析和解决维护问题. 对于复杂的问题, 收集足够的信息以便开发团队进行深入分析, 与比利时的开发团队进行沟通并解决问题.
4. 通过调整Alba系统的配置或定制数据导出接口以满足客户的要求并生成报表.
5. 如有必要, 分析Alba系统的DB结构和直接通过编写SQL获取手续数据.
6. 如有必要,通过分析Alba系统的源代码(C++) 从而帮助解决问题.
7. 必要时,用合适的语言开发程序从而帮助用户进行数据导入/导出/数据操作.
8. 向系统维护工程师提供支持. 如有必要, 与用户联系沟通系统功能的细节事项.
9. 按用户要求在报表平台(Web-base / Crystal report)上编写报表.

能力要求
1. 2-5年的程序设计经验
2. 非常良好的英语技能与沟通能力.
3. 能够良好的与外国软件工程师使用英语口语进行沟通.

技术要求
1. 具有一线用户支持经验者优先.
2. 对关系数据有较深入的理解和中等水平的SQL编写技能.
3. 具有MySQL/SQL经验者优先
4. 中等Java程序设计技能, 具有C/C++编程技能者优先.
5. 具有JavaEE相关技能(Hibernate/Spring).
6. 基本理解XML/HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
7. 具有安卓开发经验.
8. 具有基本理解Linux和操作系统管理经验的技能.
