* ODM & OEM organizations in LED lighting and display industries.

* Electronic components/parts suppliers in the Asia Pacific region.

* SMD and SMT assembly manufacturers.

* Aluminum Extrusion manufacturers.

* Metal-work manufacturers.

* Injection and Extrusion Plastic manufacturers

(Acrylic, ABS, PETG, PVC, PC, PP, PMMA,....etc).

岗位:工业/产品设计师

工作职责

1. 结合客户要求，有自主设计新型产品外观造型能力，公司产品包括LED灯，显示屏，EL冷光片，商用展架等及其相关的铝制品，铁件,塑胶品，电子配件等产品。

2. 产品设计和方案必须可以量产化，有效控制成本。

3. 针对指定客户，为其度身设计相关的产品方案。

4. 提供技术支持，能清晰和其他部门同事沟通清楚产品设计细节或问题，高精准传达信息给下方同事，必要时能够和客户直接沟通技术要点。

5. 协助工艺主管手工制作新产品样板。

6. 定期向项目主管汇报工作进度。

7. 配合其他职能部门开展工作。

岗位要求

1. 大专及以上，相关设计类/结构工程类专业毕业，有1~2工作经验。

2. 擅长建模与渲染，熟练使用以下设计软件：

Solidworks (3D设计软件)

AutoCAD（2D设计软件）

Corel Draw, Photoshop（平面设计软件）

3. 具有一定的美术功底和审美能力，对产品细节有洞察力。

4. 具有很好的手工作业能力，需要能够协助技术人员手工制作新产品样板，做事耐心细致。

5. 对POP/POS(point of purchase advertising/point of sales advertising)行业有一定了解的优先考虑。对塑胶件，五金件，木工件，LED电子有一定了解。

6. 能用简单的英文进行口头沟通，要有英文的书写和阅读能力。具备CET4等级优先考虑。

7. 抗压能力强，适应较快的工作节奏。

Company Profile:

ATRG is a 100% Hong Kong owned and operated company led by a group of experienced professionals in the fields of displays and lighting. Our team has between them over 40 years of experience in the displays and electronics industries, we focus on developing innovative designs that are manufacturable with cost effective manufacturing processes. We provide applications for three types of display: reflective, transmissive and emissive as well as LED lighting. We provide Total-Solution service to our clients. We assist customers to establish proper requirements and specifications at design stage for ensuring designs are manufacturable with cost effective manufacturing processes. We possess broad experience to handle the entire development cycle from conceptual design to components/materials selection, BOM preparation, and lead progress from EPR through to MP. We have a track record of turning a variety of conceptual designs into engineering prototypes, commercial and industrial products, which have been successfully fabricated in mass quantities for national and international markets.
