职位描述：
1、负责阿里巴巴国际站平台管理及客户询盘回复；
2、通过各种渠道发掘区域合作目标客户，发邮件或打电话拜访目标客户；
3、客户样品开发安排，跟进订单并安排生产，出货文件；
4、处理相关客户反馈信息及投诉处理，依据客户合同要求及时核对账目并催款；
5、供应商搜寻及样品开发管理，使用外贸管理软件录入产品资料；
6、协助实施公司业务发展的工作目标、工作计划；
7、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

岗位要求：
1、大学专科以上学历，英语六级，书写与口语佳，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业；
2、熟练运用B2B贸易平台，特别是阿里巴巴；熟练书写外贸英语信函，具有良好的英语听说读写能力，英语可作为工作语言； 
3、能独立开发客户, 回复客户询盘，了解客户购买意向，制作相关PPT、PI并促成订单；
4、主动联系客户、跟踪客户、维护客户并做好客户的归档工作； 
5、能使用Photoshop等图片处理软件进行简单的图片处理并上传到网站；
6、.熟练操作Word, Excel等office办公软件制作相关报表和单据；
7、工作态度端正、勤奋、不抱怨、具有良好的心理素质，能在一个工作岗位上长期坚持下来。

4.Quality control and inspection– Worked with 3rd party Testing Labs for testing protocols for every new products, all the new products were required to provide the testing report before mass production; assigned QC for inline and final inspection.
