Job Description:
1. Responsible for document filing ./负责文件整理。
2. Contact the interviewer and interviewee to make the appointment for recruiting representative./协助招聘专员联系面试者和面试官。
3. Handle part of the on board and termination process./处理入职及离职的部分事项
4. Other temporary tasks./其他临时任务。

Requirement:
1. College degree,one year of assistant working experience or student./大专学历，有一年助理工作经验或者应届毕业生。
2. Be proficient in MS office (word Excel ppt ) ./能够熟练使用Office办公软件。
3. Very good team work sense./有良好的团队合作意识。
4. Stong interpersonal and communications skills./较强的人际关系处理能力和沟通能力。
