职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Receive visitors and transfer incoming calls.
2. Travel arrangement, including air tickets arrangement, hotel booking, transportation etc.
3. Maintain office supplies and process purchase orders. Prepare analysis reports for reference.
4. Receiving and distribution of documents and samples. Maintain sample management process. Coordinate shipment of test products, equipment, and materials.
5. Provide general administrative support for the office.
6. Support document translation when needed.
7. Perform other duties, as assigned by leadership.

主要职责:
1. 接待来访客人；
2. 转接电话；
3. 提供差旅支持，安排机票、酒店、交通等；
4. 支持办公室的日常行政工作，如饮用水的预订、纸巾采购等；
5. 收发快递，并根据公司的流程做好样品的登记和报废；
6. 上级安排的其它工作。

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Good communication skill in both Chinese and English.
2. Strong interpersonal skills. Good team player.
3. Education: Associate degree or above.
4. Two years experience in Admin or Assistant.
5. Proven skills with MS Office Applications: Excel, Power Point, Word, Explorer.

1. 大专以上学历；
2. 2年以上的行政或助理工作经验；
3. 拥有良好的沟通能力，英语口语、写作熟练。
4. 拥有良好的人际关系，富有团队精神；
