We are currently seeking the highest caliber personnel for the position mentioned below:
Sourcing and relationship executive: (采购与跟单）
Role requirements: （要求）
? Responsible for sourcing new products in field of Plastic Machinery, Packaging Machinery, Steel Moulds, Building material and other items as per our customers requirements. （根据要求搜索供应商，机器模具，建筑材料和其他产品方面）
? 2 yrs working experience in buying / trading office. （两年相关工作经验）
? Experience in Accounting, Client Payments and Factory Payments. （有财务方面经验）
? Computer knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other necessary programs including accounting. （基本的电脑技能，会WORD, EXCEL PPT等）
? Ability to manage a high & diverse workload and to meet deadlines. （较高的管理和应对能力）
? Able to work independently with buyers & overseas / local suppliers. （有独立工作能力）
? Travel requirements may be up to 40% depending on customer requirements. （能接受出差）
? Very rich product knowledge with sourcing & negotiating experiences.（在采购和商议价格方面出众）
? Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. （会英语，普通话，粤语）
Responsibilities: （责任）
- Oversee the merchandising activities to ensure customer satisfaction. - Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities. - Collect market information, organize and forward relating samples to purchase department for development. （对所负责的单尽心尽力，尽可能让客户满意。能与客人和供应商建立良好长久的合作关系，使公司稳定发展。收集市场信息。）
- Follow up orders and trace payment with customers. （跟单，追踪款子）
- Travel and Visit factories and suppliers independently or with overseas buyers for negotiation and/or inspection of merchandise. （能独立或者陪同国外客户去工厂出差）
- Perform and complete independently other duties as assigned by supervisor. （对上司安排的其他工作任务能独立完成）

Qualifications: （资质）
1. Degree or similar with major in international trade or relevant subjects. （专科已上，主修国际贸易相关专业）
2. Above 2 years experience in merchandising/international trade, able to handle foreign trade process independently. （两年相关工作经验）
3. Customer orientation, excellent price negotiation and communication skills - Our customers are our number one priority and should be for you as well （有良好的客户处理关系，本着客户第一原则）
4. Skilled in Microsoft Office application. （基本的电脑软件处理能力）
