岗位要求：
1、人力资源、工商管理、中文等专业或三年以上相关人事行政管理工作经验；
2、熟悉劳动部门办事程序及国家人事劳动法律、法规和政策；
3、有较强的组织协调能力及沟通技巧；
4、能熟练操作办公应用软件，有较好的文字撰写和编辑能力；
5、熟悉人力资源管理体系及各项具体操作流程，擅长招聘、培训、绩效考核等；
6、熟悉办公室行政管理规范。
岗位职责：
1、人力资源整体规划和实施；
2、招聘渠道的拓展，评估招聘效果，按照各部门的招聘要求，筛选简历，进行应聘者的面试和选拔工作；
3、管理及实施员工入职、离职、转正、调岗、调薪、晋升等相关工作；
4、对新员工进行公司企业文化的培训，协调、安排相关员工外训；
5、管理人事档案、员工花名册，及时掌握员工动态信息；
6. 完善人事制度与计划的编制（含人力贮备、培训与发展、绩效与评估、员工社会保障福利等方面） 举报 分享
