Responsibilities: Key Objectives Strategic: ? Support business leadership to achieve the company's strategic business plan and realise its key performance objectives ? Establish and implement the agreed short, medium & long-range HR goals which support the company's business objectives ? Implement the agreed strategic recruitment, training and organizational development plan that meets the commercial and career needs of the company and its employees. Key Objectives Financial: ? HR planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting ? Payroll cost and productivity analysis and reporting ? Take corrective action to ensure compliance with budget Key Objectives Management: ? Provide "end to end, best practice" HR support and advice to the company's management and leadership team ? Compliance with statutory obligations ? Establish and maintain "best in class" HR policies, standard operating procedures & processes ? Provide leadership, motivation, training and career development to members of the HR team ? Provide the organisation with training/career development initiatives that meet needs of the business & its employees ? Develop and coordinate grievances and mediate workplace disputes ? Implement IT solutions to improve HR data management Key Objectives Organisation: ? Recruitment and retention of staff and management ? Induction, training, coaching and staff development ? Management succession planning and execution ? Organisational development - evaluation and strengthening the corporate management style and business culture ? Advise senior leadership to strengthen & develop the organisation to accomplish key business performance objectives Requirements: ? High-level professional in HR Management ? Retail experience is a big plus ? 3+ years managerial/senior experience ? Analytical skills ? Fluent English
