职位描述：

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and follow-up Supplier Development activities according to standard methodology
• Participate and provide support to supplier assessment and selection process
• Facilitate in establishment of contracts, diagnostics, opportunities and get commitment from Supplier management on targets with Regional Sourcing Manager/ Product Sourcing Manager support
• Leading and driving overall improvement projects n our supplier's factories with a focus on improved performance and quality, lower costs and lead-time reduction
• Ensure adherence to improvement project budgets and minimize operating costs and overheads
• Ensure and track down implementation of KAIZENs and suggestions leading to productivity improvements and cost savings
• Facilitate activities with identified strategic suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Certified in LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt
• 5 years work experience in production and implementing lean principles into manufacturing
• Strong technical expertise from sanitary ware, outdoor furniture/ improvement industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Flexible to business travel (Hong Kong and China)
