职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performs tests and evaluates samples of new design and competitive product; prepares the supporting technical reports for sales/marketing, engineering, and customers.
2. Design new products according to customer application, and coordinate the global resource to drive the delivery schedule of the new products to customer.
3. Familiar with custom tuning response of earphone performance and good listening capability to tell the performance of different earphone.
4. Assists sales/marketing and QA in solving customer complaints arising form product applications and premature product field failure.
5. Writes application notes on relevant transducer topics for distribution to customers.
6. Taking charge of customer training, technical presentation and communication with customers and consultants.
7. Examining customer requirements, assessing the project bidding material, recommending the most effective configuration and providing technical review of orders.
8. Effectively interfacing with customers, sales, development team to support requirements
9. Providing related information about market trend, customer needs and competitor developments.

Job Specifications：
1. Bachelor degree in Electronics or Physics, prefer majority related to acoustic area.
2. +5 years working experience on design or technical support for sound solution related.
3. Out-going and aggressive with strong winning spirit, strong accountability.
4. Good communication skill, fluent English and mandarin.
