Job responsibilities:
1, responsible for overseas branch email reply, can fast and accurate processing of all branches and customer consultation and feedback;
2, to provide good services to local clients, properly handle the entrusted by customers, including: booking, document review, system input, information feedback;
3, responsible for the local customer relationship maintenance;
4, take the customer as the center, put forward opinions and Suggestions according to the local customers, internal communication and external communication, can properly deal with all kinds of emergency quickly.
Qualifications:
1, bachelor degree or above, major in English, international trade, economics and other related disciplines;
2, can high quality barrier-free communication with customers in English, including reading and writing ability
3, has the strong ability to respond to emergencies;
4, can properly handle the customer complaints Suggestions by telephone, email and technical consultation, and convey the right information to the customer;
5, love the customer service work, responsible, patient, careful, have a very good team cooperation spirit and a positive suction pressure ability, obey the arrangement;
