Position Accountability:

1. Follow the handling procedures as laid down for customers.

2.Ensure the daily operation flow in a smooth manner and aligned with KPIs.

3. Ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customers on a timely manner.

4. Ensure the accuracy of system transactions and documents creation.

5. Work closely with operations and other teams within the project to meet customers' requirements and solve daily operational issues.

6.Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customers.

7. Preparation of monthly performance reports to customers where necessary.

8. Receive and process special requirements or instructions from the customers and manufacturers.

10.Understand and know well the operation cost, give correct quotation to customers and overeas partners for any additional operational requirements.

11.Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management.

　

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:

1. Fluent of spoken and written English, Mandarin

2. Computer literate in Word and Excel

3. Willing to work overtime when required.

4. Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment

5. College in Logistics or related disciplines

6. Minimum 3 years related working experience from Sea freight forwarding / shipping / logistics field.

7. Have 2~3 years experience for North America line opertation. 

　

工作职责:

1. 根据客户的SOP执行日常操作.

2. 确保日常操作顺利进行并达到公司制定的KPI’s.

3. 确保客户日常订单及询价能工准时的回复并处理.

4. 系统信息的准确录入.

5. 能和其他相关部门紧密合作,以确保提供给客人最优质的服务及解决方案.

6. 在有必要时主动对货物的后续跟踪,例如重要的订单, 有延误的订单. 并且能够及时的和客户及海外分公司做出及时的沟通和反馈.

7. 根据大客户的要求,制作订单报表.

8. 能够灵活的处理客户提出的特殊要求及反馈.

9. 愿意承担公司安排的额外任务及项目.

教育背景、技能、知识和经验:

1. 流利的口语及英语书写

2. 熟练outlook, Excel, Word等office软件

3. 能够适应适当的加班,吃苦耐劳

4. 能够适应在压力下有效率的完成工作

5. 物流专业及相关专业优先

6. 5年及以上跨国物流公司客服经验

7. 有美线操作经验优先
