职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Perform incoming inspection on Grainger Global Sourcing finished goods accurately and within the time frame required to meet shipping and production schedules. Ensure that actual and potential quality issues are identified, evaluated, recorded, and reported to appropriate persons.

2. Ensure that required documentation and records are generated and maintained. Keep all records and databases organized, accurate, and stored in such a manner to be easily retrievable.

3. Inspect product and gibe recommendations to ensure compliance with established procedures and specifications.

4. Main tain Quality System documentation specific to the Grainger Global Sourcing inspection functions.

5. Help develop corrective action and root cause defect analysis.

6. Communicate and follow up with supplier to handle the failure items if necessary.

7. Review products quality and performance according to GGS specification on supplier site, audit production line and drive necessary corrective actions.

8. Support SQE on QAR investigation and follow up factory corrective actions.

9. Update technical specifications and QA Sheets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of production and quality assurance/inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required

2. Legal authorization to work in locating Countries

3. Good English written and communication skills

4. Proven hands-on experience with quality control inspection procedures and processes within a manufacturing and/ or distribution environment.

5. Understanding of ISO-9000 processes and how to apply them

6. Knowledgeable in the safe use and application of various hand tools and testing equipment.

7. Detail oriented and process driven

8. Able to balance timeliness and quality

9. Ability to communicate well with other internal departments through verbal and written means regarding product and packaging edficiencies.

10. at least high school diploma bachelor's or associate's degree in a technical discipline is requried

11. Knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques and equipment

12. Ability to read and interpret endineering drawings and component specifications and apply appropriate methods to inspect the components associated with these documents.

13. Self-motivated, reliable, team player must work under minimum supervision

14. Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as word, and excel 举报 分享
