职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责公司来电转接，公文、传真、信件及报刊收发；
2.负责公司外出登记、车辆登记及日常考勤记录工作；
3.负责打印、复印文稿，管理各种表格文件；
4.负责安排会议室及差旅票务预定；
5.负责来访人员接待工作；
6.负责办公区环境卫生，保持清洁干净。

任职资格：
1、年龄19-28周岁，大专及以上学历；
2、性格开朗大方，形象气质佳；
3、熟练使用Office办公软件；
4、具备较强的沟通表达能力、协调能力和适应能力；
5、工作积极主动热情、细致周到，富有责任心。
